Joe is Principal at JP Morris Consulting Group. He has held senior executive positions in systems development, international relations and global payment strategies in The Clearing House and BAFT. As a practitioner for 33 years he oversaw development and implementation of industry payment and liquidity management systems, operating risk, best practices, industry issues, regulatory compliance and product strategy. He has served on Bank Secrecy Act Advisory Group and the Board of Directors of the Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) X9. He was also a representative to SWIFT and The Federal Reserve Bank.
